Food Shelves and Free Meals

125Live is a local gym and fitness center very close by Travis’s House (and very accessible from downtown) that also has a food pantry. Shoppers can sign up for one week at a time by visiting their website at www.125live.org/food-pantry
Photo id is required to visit the pantry.
The Pantry can accommodate 5 visitors every 10 minutes.
You may visit the pantry twice a week, not every day.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 1:00 pm-2:30 pm
Saturday | 11:30 – 12:30 pm | CLOSED | Wednesday & Sunday

This organization receives food that would otherwise be thrown away from hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, businesses, and grocery stores. The food is sorted and then distributed, free of charge. They require no registration, residency, or income requirements. Located at 120 1st St. NE in Rochester, MN (Corner of 1st St, NE and Civic Center Dr, NE) and they are open every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 4-6pm.
CFR is closed New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The Channel One Food Shelf is open for indoor shopping Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm and Friday from 8 am until noon.
If you are new to Channel One, registration takes a few minutes. No appointment is needed, and no identification, proof of address, proof of income or proof of household size is required. No proof of citizenship or immigration status is needed. See Food Shelf Eligibility below. Information about who shops at Channel One is kept confidential. If you are returning, you can simply check in with your name, shopper number or birth date.
